By accessing or using CarBhade, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform and services immediately.

CarBhade provides intercity and local cab booking services, including:

• One-Way Cab Bookings

  Affordable point-to-point cab travel between cities across Gujarat, Rajasthan & India.

• Round Trip Bookings

  Book a round trip with flexible pickup and return scheduling.

• Airport Transfers

  Reliable pickups and drops at major airports including Ahmedabad, Rajkot Hirasar, and Mumbai.

• Local & Outstation Travel

  Within-city travel and outstation trips to popular destinations.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services or routes without prior notice.

By using CarBhade, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You will provide accurate personal and contact information.
• You will not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or in-app notification.
• Accurate Information: You must provide correct pickup location, drop location, and travel details. CarBhade is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
• Timely Pickup: Please be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes; after that, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
• Passenger Limit: Vehicle capacity must be respected. Extra passengers beyond the booked vehicle's seating capacity are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Luggage: Standard booking includes reasonable luggage (1-2 bags per passenger). Excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking.
• Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal substances, explosives, flammable materials, or any hazardous items is strictly prohibited.

• All fares are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include base fare as per the selected route and vehicle type.
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, state taxes, parking, night allowances (10 PM – 6 AM), and extra distance beyond the booked route.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, or online payment gateways available on the platform.
• CarBhade reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Fare changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
• Promotional discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For cancellations, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp.

• Drivers are expected to maintain professional conduct, follow traffic rules, and ensure passenger safety at all times.
• Passengers must treat drivers with respect. Any form of verbal abuse, physical aggression, or harassment will result in immediate trip termination and potential legal action.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and use of tobacco products inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip and may be liable for repair costs.

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities and bookings made through your account.

All content on CarBhade — including the website design, logo, fare charts, route information, images, and software — is the intellectual property of CarBhade and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

CarBhade shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Injuries or accidents during the trip (covered under applicable insurance policies).

Your use of CarBhade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process personal information. Please review it to understand our practices.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Misuse the platform or services in any way.

Termination may occur without prior notice, and we may deny future access at our discretion.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of CarBhade after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CarBhade services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
